Copyright & DMCA Policy
Regencly is a platform operated by Meridian Labs, LLC. Regencly provides the website platform and hosting for the agent or brokerage represented on this site. Regencly respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe content hosted on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a written notice to Regencly’s DMCA Designated Agent: Copyright Agent, Meridian Labs, LLC, email abuse@regencly.com. The agent’s full registered contact details, including mailing address and phone, are available in the U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA Designated Agent Directory at dmca.copyright.gov (registration DMCA-1074993), where Regencly’s Designated Agent is registered as the DMCA requires of a hosting provider.
A valid notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it, such as its URL; (4) your contact information - address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
When we receive a complete and valid notice, Regencly acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified, and takes reasonable steps to notify the site operator that the material was removed.
If you are the site operator and believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to abuse@regencly.com. A valid counter-notification must include your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Regencly maintains and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the sites and accounts of those who are repeat infringers.
Regencly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such material is removed immediately upon discovery and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law, and the responsible account is terminated.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification can expose you to liability for damages. This page is provided for information and is not legal advice. To reach Regencly about copyright or abuse matters, contact abuse@regencly.com.
